The Training Arches 11 ½” x 19” are designed with 1” round, high-impact plastic. Can be used as small target goals during small-sided soccer drills, as a target during passing drills or even as a hurdle during conditioning drills.  The Training Arches 11 ½” x 19” are for natural surfaces only.
