Return & Exchange Policy

What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:

  • All items in possession of the customer for 30+ days.
  • Customized apparel with player name, number, or initials.
  • Apparel, equipment, or footwear that has been washed or worn (unless inspected & determined defective).
  • All “clearance” items are FINAL SALE. These items can only be exchanged for other “clearance” items within 30 days of the purchase date.

In-Store Purchases:

    Returns: Accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in store-bought condition (with tags) and accompanied by the original receipt. Returns without a receipt will be given store credit.
    • Credit card transactions will be refunded to the original card used. Cash transactions will be given store credit in the form of a gift card.
        Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in store-bought condition (with tags) and accompanied by the original receipt.

          Online Orders:

          Please complete and include a Return/Exchange Agreement Form with all shipments. Send all returns and exchanges to the following address:

            Returns: Return packages must be shipped to Tursi Soccer within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Refunds will only be approved for items in new condition (with tags).
                • If Tursi Soccer sent the correct item(s) as requested, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back at their own expense.

                    Exchanges: Exchange packages must be shipped to Tursi Soccer within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Exchange requests will only be approved for items in new condition (with tags).

                        • If Tursi Soccer sent the correct item(s) as requested, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back at their own expense. If an additional shipment from Tursi Soccer is required to complete the exchange, the customer will be invoiced an additional shipping fee. Tursi Soccer reserves the right to withhold exchange items from being shipped until the shipping invoice has been paid.
                              • Prior to shipping your item(s), we recommend contacting us via email at onlineorders@tursissoccer.com to make sure the requested exchange item is available. If you have sent us back items to be exchanged but the requested exchange item or size is not available, you will be contacted regarding alternative replacement options. If all available replacement options are declined, you will be invoiced an additional shipping fee to have your items sent back to you.
                                    Error(s) in Shipment: If you have received an incorrect item, we apologize for our mistake and the inconvenience caused. Please contact us promptly so we can send an additional shipment with the correct item to you ASAP.
                                        • A prepaid Return Shipping Label will be included in this shipment to send back the incorrect item you received. If the incorrect item you received is not sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the Return Shipping Label, you will be billed for both items.

                                        Defective Products:

                                        Defective items may be returned for full store credit or comparable product for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Beyond 30 days partial credit may be considered or information will be provided to contact the manufacturer directly (Tursi Soccer is not responsible for any decision of the manufacturer to accept or reject defective items).

                                        Product will NOT be accepted as defective under the following conditions as determined by Tursi Soccer:

                                        • Product showing evidence of excessive wear, alteration of product, and/or misuse of product. Natural wear is NOT considered a defect.
                                        • Issues concerning product size, comfort, fit, and/or style [or any other element that does not directly affect the integrity of the product].

                                        All non-defective products that have been used, worn, or washed will NOT be accepted as returnable. NO exchanges or store credit will be issued for said product. Please try on all footwear with socks [and shin guards, if applicable] to determine the correct size and fit on a clean surface at home prior to use. DO NOT wear footwear outside or at indoor soccer facilities until size and fit are confirmed. This process will allow you to return products for alternate sizes if necessary with minimal difficulties.
